Santa’s Enchanted Mailbox became a phenomenon during the holidays of 2018 and since then it has been a success since then. However, their online precence needed some work in order for the brand to fit and meet expectations.
In addition to seeking aesthetic improvements, the team was looking to make a substantial shift in their new look, moving away from a traditional Christmas holiday item toward a more holistic brand. They were also looking to catch the attention of children as well as parents.
