Overview & Problem
CSA Agency is an award-winning talent agency that operates in the United States. Based on the East Coast, they provide entertainment and talent services for all types of events.
The stakeholders wanted to represent and demonstrate that the agency was also open to finding more if the client needed it. Due to their fear of presenting too much information to users, they found this to be a challenge.
To avoid bouncing rates data, it was important to deliver information in a clean format while also directing customers to bookings.
Discovery Phase
In addition to having a distinctive style, the agency wanted to extend their presence online and create a more uniform and clean appearance.
Being a talent agency with multiple services to market can be challenging. My first step was to research and collect as much information as possible so that users could navigate and find what they were looking for more easily. Simply by typing the service, users will find out all of the specs needed to book the artist.
In order to make booking a service as seamless as possible, I started thinking about what would be the most beneficial outcome for users. Finding the information should not be too difficult. Users can not only book a service, but also find out what they are missing with the simple yet complex solution.
Ideation & Evolution
To begin, we needed to collect feedback and data from the previous form of booking services and analyze what users preferred. Having the user in mind was critical, as the site would not serve its purpose if the UX flow does not trigger the actions required to view, book or contact the agency.
Once the UX and solution was established and approved, coming into the UI was not a problem. With the design and development of their new website, they are able to not only show their work more uniformly, but also allow more leads to generate through be generated and simple user experience. In addition, we began to aid in setting up their social media and maintaining their social media feed alongside their staff.
